Strange times. Coming soon.

These are strange times, undoubtedly. I know from my social media that many writers are bunkered down and working as much as possible. The bills have to be paid after all and we need to keep hold of our sanity, such that a writer's is. I hope you are keeping as safe as possible and keeping yourselves occupied.

I can announce that it is my intention to launch 'Fair Means Or Foul' the fourth in the Inspector Stark series in the next few days. There is a sneak preview below of the blurb for this nail-biter. It may a perfect choice for you while you are in lock-down?

I am also writing a diary of events as they happen, including statistics, government initiatives, news events, personal stories and how I and my family are dealing with the Coronavirus crisis. I am likely to publish this as a book, merely for posterity. It is a nice diversion to report on facts rather than fiction. The book will be called '2020 Vision - Coronavirus. Diary of a pandemic.' @Copyright-KeithWright2020.

Further to this I have started work on the second audio book, naturally it is 'Trace and Eliminate'. My son Harry produced the first audiobook of 'One Oblique One' for me and it is terribly exciting to see how well this is doing. It is a lot of work to write and narrate such a book and then massively complicated by numerous technical issues and standards to be reached. Once it is out there, of course it is a thrill. So look out for 'Trace and Eliminate' on Audible and iTunes in the weeks ahead.

I have also been asked by an Australian author to contribute to an anthology of short stories by cops around the world, who turned writer. This is in abeyance at the moment because of the crisis but I hope to hear something more in the coming weeks also.

That is all for now, folks. Those of you that are fans of the books and audiobooks, thank you for your support and stay safe.

Feel free to look around my website. There are video's, audiobook samples, samples of my books, blogs and a whole lot more. Now, as promised, the blurb for 'Fair Means Or Foul'

The man sitting at the wheel of the car was 100 yards from his moment of destiny. He was oblivious to it, of course. Murderers don't necessarily realise they are killers until a few seconds before it happens. Murderers are sometimes just like you and me. He would never have dreamed that such a thing might happen. Ridiculous. If anyone had told him that today was the day he would turn into a killer, he would have looked at them quizzically; questioning their sanity; instead of questioning his own.

The murder investigation into the death of a young girl throws up several suspects, close to home and further away. The stream of inquiries spirals into a climax, and suddenly another young life hangs in the balance.

Detective Inspector Stark and his team prepare to do anything to stop further bloodshed. They are willing to use any means necessary, whether it be fair means or foul.

In his fourth crime thriller, critically acclaimed author, Keith Wright, once again regales the stark reality of murder, derived from his hands-on experience as a CID detective sergeant working in an inner-city area.
